Explaining and educating business owners on the importance of providing their clients with answers, 24/7, without manipulation or gimmicks, is my passion.  Cultivating partners for AnswerFirst, not clients, means there is never a hard sell.  If I know we can not meet your needs or expectations, I’ll be honest about it.  It is one of the many ways our team connects people with real answers.

One of the most important questions I’ll ever ask is “What are you looking to accomplish by implementing an answering service?”  It seems so obvious, but surprisingly, many business owners are not 100% sure.  They’ve only just come to realize that they can no longer field all of their own phone calls.

Helping business owners identify their needs, by asking the right questions, is one of the most important things I can do any given day.

When I’m not providing business owners with answers, I am outdoors!  Living in Central FL makes it easy for me to partake in various outdoor activities.  I enjoy outrigger canoeing in the Gulf of Mexico and camping with my dog at one of Florida’s many beautiful state parks.  I also love cooking (not to be confused with baking) and gardening.  However, my true passion is traveling.  My goal is to circle around the world, leaving no continent untouched, in the next 20 years!
