The final days of 2014 have us reflecting over the past year at AnswerFirst.

2014 taught us valuable lessons, blessed us with growth and brought us success.  We’ve gained valuable team members, expanded our corporate headquarters, put our services in front of new markets and further developed our company culture.

AnswerFirst CEO, Matt Herron, summarized our past year and his thoughts about 2015 with this message:

With the Holidays coming to an end I wanted to take a few minutes to comment on 2014 and share my excitement about what lies ahead in 2015.  What a whirlwind 2014 has been … many new faces have joined the AF team, many new businesses have partnered with us and yes, we’ve survived more construction.  We had our strongest year in sales and as a result we were able to reinvest in marketing, increase payroll and continue our commitment to help those in need.  Throughout the year we donated approximately $15,000 to various charities along with many hours of individual time and sweat. While this is a lot to be proud of, we must not overlook the opportunities that are presented every day, with every call, as we interact with thousands of people, often times while they feel like no help is in sight.  It never ceases to amaze me, the power that comes with a reassuring, smiling voice, vested in the call and in helping the caller.  This is a great honor and even bigger responsibility placed in our hands by our business partners; the faith they show in all of us leaves me inspired and the way in which we perform is simply amazing.

I am so very excited about our future and what we can do together with the opportunities, no scratch that, the obligations that we have been given.  After all, enriching lives and leaving the world a better place is the AF Vision:  AnswerFirst envisions a healthy world filled with happy people enjoying exceptional customer care.
