AnswerFirst Communications hires Russell Scherker as Information Technology Manager.
AnswerFirst Communications, a U.S. based contact center specializing in answering & messaging services, contact center solutions and virtual receptionist services announced last week that they have hired Mr. Russell Scherker as Information Technology Manager.
In his new position as IT Manager, Mr. Scherker will be managing two existing IT Coordinators and creating a new Programming Department that will focus on enabling all of the robust features of AnswerFirst’s hosted telco platform. His primary goal is to provide the essential tools and leadership necessary for AnswerFirst to deliver the very highest standard of customer service solutions as a product.
Russell has over sixteen years of technology and management experience. He has worked in information technology and management capacities for large and small firms including Motorola, IBM, ABC Distributing, and Local Matters, Inc. His education includes a bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University, where he studied psychology and statistical analysis. He has a lifelong passion for integrating technical solutions with goals driven business practices, to create IT solutions which make businesses run better.
