I took a call earlier tonight for a law office, account number *****.  The client’s office typically closes around 6 pm and the call came in at 2:30 in the morning.  The caller was a 95 year old woman who had fallen and she was hurt.  She did not know where she was located and didn’t have a number for anyone else to come help her.  She was a bit scared and disoriented.  Fortunately, I was able to connect the caller with 911 so that they could locate her and get her the medical attention that she needed.

If we weren’t taking calls for this client, I can’t imagine what might have happened to this poor woman.  I was so grateful that I was able to take her call and get her the assistance that she needed.  It’s possible that we saved her life!
